  • Can I make an order over the phone through you?

    Sorry - we deal only with the online sales of the Show Tickets. We do not take phone orders

  • When? Where? Whoís playing?

    For line up, address, date and ballot details please check out the Promoter's/Venue's website.

  • I canít remember where I ordered my tickets. Can you help?

    If you have not received a confirmation email from us stating your invoice number and containing a link to our order enquiries service you may have in fact ordered through another ticketing agency.

  • How will I be receiving my tickets?

    Your tickets will be sent to you electronically shortly after purchase. Tickets will be sent via email to the details provided. *** NOTE *** Please check your JUNK/SPAM Filters as your tickets may have ended up there.

  • How long does it take to get my tickets after Iíve ordered them?

    Tickets are usually dispatched via email between 5 - 10 minutes of placing your successfully charged order online.

  • Some evil person stole my ticket. What do I do?

    In the event that a ticket is stolen, lost, damaged or destroyed please contact our ticketing team helpdesk via the below order enquiry form providing as much detail about the affected ticket(s) as you can.

  • Where do I find out details about my order?

    Please save all emails received from us regarding your order. These emails contain your invoice number and other important details. Saving these emails will ensure the payment process and any enquiries run smoothly and quickly.

  • Why havenít I received my confirmation email?

    Check your Spam/Junk email folder if you have not received your confirmation email from us it may have made itís way there by mistake.
